Saw the aftermath of a police helicopter chase today

I mean that quite literally. This all played out in front of my office, and I happened across it as I was coming back from a break. Apparently some shirtless dude ran from the cops for reasons unknown, and the Omaha Police helicopter (a Bell 206 B-3, for those curious) landed so the pilot and spotter could run him down on foot. I arrived in time to see the perp lying on the ground in cuffs and the chopper departing.
